On February 15, 2025, Zhejiang TUNA Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. inaugurated its "Management Trainee" development program training camp at the Zhejiang Detuo Intelligent Control Equipment Co., Ltd.'s administrative building. The program aims to cultivate a cohort of high-caliber, versatile management professionals to invigorate the company's sustainable growth. Group President Bo Zhao, Executive Vice President Bin Chen,  other senior executives, heads of business units, mentors, and all management trainees attended the ceremony.

The ceremony commenced with the company anthem. Group President Assistant Chunli Yang provided a detailed overview of the "Management Trainee" development plan. She noted that the company's business scale is experiencing robust growth, driven by the continuous expansion of the group's overseas operations. This growth trajectory prompted the launch of the "Management Trainee Development Program." The training camp will facilitate the rapid development of management trainees through a structured curriculum, practical exercises, and mentorship. The curriculum encompasses the company's history and corporate culture, product knowledge and manufacturing processes, cutting-edge environmental technology, EPC project management, business etiquette, and communication skills. Additionally, the company has assigned experienced mentors to each trainee to guide their learning and work, aiding their integration into the company and enhancing their capabilities.

 

The recent cohort of management trainees, hailing from top-tier universities including Dalian University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Tianjin University, showcased their capabilities with impressive bilingual self-introductions at the commencement ceremony.

 

Subsequently, senior executives and business unit heads offered words of encouragement and expectations. Bin Chen, the Executive Vice President, emphasized the importance of embracing "responsibility, commitment, and a spirit of perseverance." He urged the trainees to delve into their respective fields, master collaborative skills, enhance their professional conduct, and uphold strong ethical and moral principles. He encouraged them to contribute actively to the growth of TUNA.

 

Following this, a mentorship program was initiated with factory general managers, engineering managers, and senior employees paired with the trainees. Under the supervision of company leadership, both parties signed mentorship agreements, and the trainees received welcome gifts. Through this guidance, the trainees are expected to accelerate their professional development and contribute to the company's advancement.
