On February 15, 2025, Zhejiang TUNA Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. inaugurated its "Management Trainee" development program training camp at the Zhejiang Detuo Intelligent Control Equipment Co., Ltd.'s administrative building. The program aims to cultivate a cohort of high-caliber, versatile management professionals to invigorate the company's sustainable growth. Group President Bo Zhao, Executive Vice President Bin Chen, other senior executives, heads of business units, mentors, and all management trainees attended the ceremony.
The ceremony commenced with the company anthem. Group President Assistant Chunli Yang provided a detailed overview of the "Management Trainee" development plan. The recent cohort of management trainees, hailing from top-tier universities including Dalian University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Tianjin University, showcased their capabilities with impressive bilingual self-introductions at the commencement ceremony.
Subsequently, senior executives and business unit heads offered words of encouragement and expectations.
